The Meeting Room
The Meeting Room is one of the most relaxed and informal meeting rooms of its kind in such a central location and is specially suited to smaller, more intimate gatherings, yet has been set out as as self-contained, fully equipped audio-visual presentation environment.
The room can be configured to cater for 20 people meeting/ dining together at the large table, 25 on seperate tables and up to 40 for drinks receptions, with private dining in the restaurant.
Casually elegant with plenty of natural light, the intimate atmosphere provides the privacy, that ensures focus for a meeting or presentation and is an ideal setting for Board meetings, seminars, training programmes, product launches, sales presentations and private gatherings such as wine tastings and club events.
The exceptional attention to detail enables a more tailored and personal service, with a selection of refreshments and menus to suit most budgets.
We can also provide flip chart & pens, OHP, free WiFi and refreshments from simple tea & coffee to a three course dinner in The Dining Room.
Room Hire is £150/ day. This includes use of the plasma screen, free WiFi, flipchart & pens, tea/ coffee & biscuits for as long as you want the room, OHP, paper & pens for note taking. It also includes the flexibility to organise the day to suit your agenda.
On arrival, you can have everything from coffee, to bacon rolls, to full breakfast. Lunch can be a simple finger buffet, a steak in the bar or three courses in the dining room. You choose how you want your day to go. We offer fixed price menus, a la carte menus or we can design a menu to suit your budget.
We are in from 8am, so an early start is no problem
